How Premium billing works
- Premium is £10 per year, billed once a year. It renews automatically until you cancel.
- The final price, including any VAT that applies, is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle takes your payment and sends your receipt. We do not store your card details.
- Cancel any time. Premium continues to the end of the year you paid for, then your vault returns to the free Taster Pack.
- Full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first purchase.

Pricing questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Taster Pack is free and asks for no payment details. You only meet checkout if you choose Premium.
What happens when I cancel Premium?
Premium keeps working until the end of the year you paid for. After that your vault returns to the Taster Pack. Nothing is deleted. If you hold more than 20 entries by then, you can still view and delete them, but adding and editing pause until you are back under the limit or upgrade again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of your first purchase and we refund you in full. Details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Who takes the payment, and what about VAT?
Paddle is our Merchant of Record: it takes your payment, handles any VAT that applies and sends your receipt. The final price is shown at checkout before you pay.
Is there a Family or team plan?
Not yet. A plan with several seats is planned, but it is not available and has no price. A Premium subscription covers one account.
